UPDATE! touched her body up with some shading, added some text and a little color to the background.

Very nice!!! 
The Shading really adds more depth to the piece! I know that you're still getting the hang of the shading and all, but I would recommend to take it a little farther with shading her face and her abdomen. Keep at it with the shading...it really does add more to your drawings! Just remember to determine your light source and from what direction the light is coming from so that you can create the shadows where they are needed.
One thing that I was missing until pointed it out to me that I see you doing is that her eyes look flat on her face. They are in her ocular cavity, therefore there should be some sort of indication of depth to them. A bit of Shading in the space between the top of her eye and her eyebrows should help with that. I know that you have a very distinct style with doing eyes, but I believe that little tip will really make your characters pop off of the page!
I love the font that you used for the lettering!!! Only thing is that it's a little blurry...but excellent font and color for the font! Other than that, keep up the good work Johnny!
